Q: How are the printings made?
A: I use only fine art giclée. A giclée is a high-resolution, high-quality reproduction individually printed on a special large format printer. These beautiful digital reproductions are virtually unparalleled in quality and range of color, and are at the leading edge of fine art printmaking.

Q: What types of inks are used?
A: Every printing I make is printed on large format printers using state-of-the-art inks. The archival Ultra Chrome Epson K3 pigments ensure the beautiful colors can last +50 years without noticeable fade.

Q: What types of canvas are used?
A: All my printings are done over high quality artist grade canvas. This 310 gsm, 100% cotton archival canvas, has a tight, natural weave which maximizes image quality, while also revealing the texture of the painting. I also apply to every printing a matte varnish for better color and UV protection.

Q: Are the paintings stretched?
A: Yes. All canvases are sold stretched and ready-to-hang. I employ a museum stretching style (with white canvas on the sides) and staples on the back. The stretched canvases are made with 2cm x 4cm (0.75in x 1.5in) stretcher bars.

Q: Which countries do you deliver your paintings?
A: I ship my paintings to Europe and the United States using airmail. If you live in another country, just check with me before placing an order. Anyway I always verify every order received I would contact you in case there is any problem.

Q: What are the shipping and tax charges?
A: All the prices already include shipping charges door-to-door. The price you see is the final price you pay except for taxes. If you live outside Spain, no taxes will be added.

Q: Can I return a painting?
A: Indeed. I am very confident with the quality of my prints and I offer you a 90-day full refund in case you want to return them for any reason. If you decide not to keep the painting, just send me an email and I will give you the return instructions. As soon as I receive the painting I will refund you 100%.

Q: What if the item arrives in bad shape?
A: The paintings are packaged to sustain the airmail transportation stress. Nevertheless, if you detect that the painting is not ok, just let me know and I will replace it free of charge for another one.

Q: What kinds of payments are accepted?
A: I accept credit cards and bank transfers– through PayPal.

Q: What is PayPal?
A: PayPal is a service that allows you to order from me without using a credit card or sharing any personal financial information.
